INGREDIENTS
- 250 g of turkey bacon
- 2 sliced onions
- 2 Chipotle Chili Peppers in Adobo LA MORENA® (or to taste)
- Vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a pan, fry the onion until it looks transparent; move frequently to prevent burning.
- Add bacon, and when it begins to brown, add the Chipotle Chili Peppers in Adobo LA MORENA® and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until bacon is cooked; remove.
- Serve over toast with chipotle.
