INGREDIENTS
- 2 Sliced Green Pickled Jalapeño Peppers LA MORENA®
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cups of cooked lentils
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 1 cup of rice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Saute onion and Green Pickled Jalapeño Peppers LA MORENA® in olive oil; drain.
- Brown rice in oil, add the lentils and broth; let dry.
- Add the onion and jalapeno peppers.
- Serve hot.
