CHERRY TOMATOES WITH TUNA, CHIPOTLE, MAYONNAISE AND WALNUTS

INGREDIENTS
    • 15 cherry tomatoes
    • 1 can of tuna
    • ¼ of cup of mayonnaise
    • ½ can of Chipotle Chili Peppers in Adobo LA MORENA® finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon of capers salt-cured rinsed
    • 2 anchovy fillets rinsed
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 2 sprigs fresh oregano
    • A bunch of fresh basil leaves
    • 30 g of nuts
    • 1 cube of ice
    • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
    • Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
    • Slicing the top of the tomatoes. Use a spoon to remove the seeds carefully.
    • Sprinkle inside with salt.
    • Drain down tomatoes placing them on paper towels for 15 minutes
    • Place the tuna, mayonnaise, capers, the Chipotle Chili Peppers LA MORENA®, anchovies, garlic, oregano, basil, nuts and ice bucket in the food processor until smooth mixture.
    • Season with salt and integrate Parmesan cheese.
    • Fill the tomatoes with the mixture. Arrange on a platter and serve with Chipotle Chili Peppers LA MORENA®, previously rinsed in water.
