CHERRY TOMATOES WITH TUNA, CHIPOTLE, MAYONNAISE AND WALNUTS

INGREDIENTS
15 cherry tomatoes
1 can of tuna
¼ of cup of mayonnaise
½ can of Chipotle Chili Peppers in Adobo LA MORENA® finely chopped
1 tablespoon of capers salt-cured rinsed
2 anchovy fillets rinsed
1 clove garlic
2 sprigs fresh oregano
A bunch of fresh basil leaves
30 g of nuts
1 cube of ice
½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Slicing the top of the tomatoes. Use a spoon to remove the seeds carefully.
Sprinkle inside with salt.
Drain down tomatoes placing them on paper towels for 15 minutes
Place the tuna, mayonnaise, capers, the Chipotle Chili Peppers LA MORENA®, anchovies, garlic, oregano, basil, nuts and ice bucket in the food processor until smooth mixture.
Season with salt and integrate Parmesan cheese.
Fill the tomatoes with the mixture. Arrange on a platter and serve with Chipotle Chili Peppers LA MORENA®, previously rinsed in water.
