FETTUCCINE WITH SPICY CHIPOTLE SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
1 package of fettuccine (500 g)
1 can of
Spicy Chipotle Sauce LA MORENA®
(210 g)
1 piece of chicken breast
2 tablespoons of butter
3 pieces of pumpkins cut into thin slices
1 cup of brown sugar cubes
1 cup of whipped cream
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In a pot boil salted water and cook the fettuccine dough about 10 minutes, remove and drain. Reserve.
Cook the pumpkin sheets 1 minute in boiling salted water and set aside.
Liquefy the
Spicy Chipotle Sauce LA MORENA®
and whipped cream. Reserve.
In a hot skillet half the butter and brown the chicken breast. Remove and cut into fajitas. Reserve.
Melt the remaining butter and fry a little rajas and cream sauce.
Add the pasta to the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve the pasta on a plate garnish with chicken breast fajitas, sheets pumpkin and brown sugar cubes.
